  4.       SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  7.       The Ball Attack is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:

  9.    1. All copyrights to Ball Attack are exclusively owned by the developer
  10.       - Archgames, Inc. (http://www.archgames.com)
  11.  
  12.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 15 days.
  13.       Following this test period of 15 days or less, if you wish
  14.       to continue to use Ball Attack, you MUST register.

  16.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
  17.       Ball Attack on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. 
  18.       The Ball Attack registered version may not be rented or leased, but
  19.       may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to
  20.       terms of this license.

  22.    4. The Ball Attack unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
  23.       with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
  24.       not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  25.       distribution of Ball Attack without written permission from the copyright
  26.       holder. The Ball Attack unregistered trial version may not be bundled or
  27.       distributed with any other package without written permission of
  28.       the copyright holder.

  32.    6. BALL ATTACK IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  33.       KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  34.       THE DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
  35.       LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
  36.       MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  38.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  39.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  40.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  41.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  42.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  43.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  45.       All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Archgames.

  47.    8. Installing and using Ball Attack signifies acceptance of these terms
  48.       and conditions of the license.

  50.    9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  51.       Ball Attack files from your storage devices and cease to use the
  52.       product.
